General terms and conditions of sale
Flexible rates
Deposit* : 50% of the total amount of the stay is to be paid at the reservation.
Balance* : 50% remaining to be paid 13 days before arrival date
Cancellation*: free of charge up to 14 days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded.
Cancellation after 14 days prior to arrival or no-show: any amount received will be retained by the hotel.
Change of stay : Possible until 14 days before the arrival, we will send you a new proposal of stay with new price conditions. From 13 days before arrival, the reservation becomes non-cancellable and non-modifiable and we will not be able to modify the reserved stay, any modification will entail expenses up to 100% of the modified nights.
Please note that reservations for 5 or more rooms are subject to different conditions.
Prepaid rates
Deposit* : 100% of the cost of the stay is to be paid at the time of booking. Any amount received will be retained
Cancellation*: The full amount of the prepayment will be retained for any cancellation.
Change of stay: In the event of a change of arrival and/or departure date, the full amount of the initial stay will be invoiced as compensation, without any further formality.
Please note that reservations for 5 or more rooms are subject to different conditions.
General terms and conditions of sale :
Tourist tax: €2.30 per day per person over 18 years old.
Parking: €18 per day
VAT: Our rates include a 10% VAT rate. These are indicated according to the taxes currently in force, and are likely to be modified according to the taxes applicable at the time of your stay.
Arrival: The room is available from 4pm.
Departure: The room must be vacated by 11:00 am at the latest. A penalty of the amount of the night will be applied for any departure after this time.
Non-smoking rooms: Please note that all rooms in our establishment are non-smoking. In case of non-compliance, you will be charged for the cost of cleaning the room.
Pet policy: Your dog will be welcome at ILY Hotels La Rosière. The extra charge will be 20€ per day, due to the thorough cleaning required after his visit.
We will ask you to contact our maid team so that the service can be done in your presence or while your companion is walking, but under no circumstances alone with your dog.
We reserve the right to charge an additional "Animal Damage" fee in case of stains, odor, deterioration of furniture etc. (non-exhaustive list) that would not allow the room to be re-rented with a thorough cleaning.
